My goal for each and every client is to deliver high quality legal representation by providing excellent customer service alongside practical, honest, straight-forward legal advice. My best skill is providing clear, strategic driven legal advice in an often emotion driven legal process. I am high energy, solution-oriented, and goal driven – I strive to ensure my clients understand the legal process including understanding the strengths and weaknesses of their case so the best possible decision can be made.
No matter the client or the case, I firmly believe the following: an attorney should be brutally honest with their client which includes unequivocally advising the client of the negative aspects of their case and the risks associated. An attorney should respond to client correspondence immediately, not days or weeks later, and treat the client like a valued customer. An attorney should put a strong emphasis on alternatives to litigation as litigation should always be the last resort, especially in family law related matters.
Please contact me if you have a legal issue and need a resolution. My primary area of practice is family law which includes – divorce, custody, visitation, support, settlement agreements, pre–nuptial / post–nuptial agreements, protective orders, step-parent adoptions, and other matters related to domestic disputes. Further, I continue to keep my criminal defense skills sharp and represent clients charged with criminal offenses on an as needed basis.
In my spare time I enjoy mountain biking, golf, and learning about crypto currencies, blockchain, and Web3. Further, I recently decided to strengthen my education and enrolled at Georgetown University Law Center where I seek to obtain a Master of Law in Securities and Financial Regulation. It is my hope that my further education will make me an even better advocate for my clients by helping me understand and unwind complex financial assets including digital and other novel assets.
