Originally from South Florida, Cara earned her law degree from American University Washington College of Law, after earning her bachelor’s degree in communications from The Pennsylvania State University. In law school, Cara was a member of the Administrative Law Review and she was Vice President of the Family Law Society. She was also a student attorney for the school’s Domestic Violence Clinic.
